Rates and Payments.
Rental Payments.
Nightly Rental (minimum 2 nights): 20 euros per bed.
Weekly rental: 280euros Inclusive of a reasonable use of utilities, (gas, water, electric). Please note there is a surcharge of 20 euros per stay for dogs.
Monthly rental: 840 euros
Inclusive of a reasonable use of utilities. (gas, water, electric).
Deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required on a confirmed booking made six weeks in advance.
Balance 50% on arrival.
A 200 euro Breakage and Damage bond is required on arrival.
A full refund will be paid providing no damage or breakages.
